U.S. shipping: Standard U.S. shipping is free on orders over $20. Orders under $20 show a $3.99 standard shipping charge at checkout. Express shipping may be available for an additional charge.

Japan shipping: Standard shipping to Japan is currently free.

Order processing: Orders are processed as quickly as possible. Delivery time depends on the destination, selected product, and available inventory.

Returns and product issues: If your order arrives damaged, defective, missing parts, or different from what you ordered, contact us with your order number and clear photos so we can help review the issue.
