Refund Policy
Daylit Goods accepts return requests within 30 days after your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact service@daylitgoods.com. Do not mail items before your return is approved. Approved returns receive return instructions and the return destination address by email.
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs
For returns that are not due to damage, defects, or an error on our part, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not charge a restocking fee. If an item arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us with your order number and clear photos before returning it. We will provide appropriate return instructions and, where applicable, a prepaid return label or reimbursement for reasonable return shipping costs.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, missing parts, or different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos so we can review the issue and help make it right.
Non-returnable items
Gift cards and final sale items are not returnable. If you have a question about a specific item, contact us before sending anything back.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to request a return for the original item. Once the return is approved, place a separate order for the new item.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know whether the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or credit card company may need additional time to process and post the refund.
